What To Wear

So, I have had many questions on what one should wear to the various wedding events over the weekend! I have decided to provide a visual of a few pieces I found online that I think will give everyone a better idea of attire! As far as the men are concerned (since they are not nearly as important as us girls) just go with easy, breezy menswear for the beach party and rehearsal dinner. Think linen pants etc. For the wedding I would suggest something a bit dressier.

Beach Party: Thursday Night

Dancing on the Beach Barefoot

I am going to wear something long I think. Go with easy to wear and dance in barefoot. Long or short you decide!

Rehearsal Dinner: Friday Night

The rehearsal dinner is a bit more dressy. Think dinner and dancing with mood lighting. I am going to wear something short and fun! I love the dress above!

I adore both of the dresses above for the wedding. You can go glam and do a pop of color or simple and elegant! It's up to you!

Just dress how you want and be festive and fabulous! We are in Mexico after all!

Inspiration

Everyone knows what a foodie I am. Of course, Jason can go days without food and especially dessert. Me, not so much. I am very excited about the wedding cake and the photo above is the inspiration behind the one I am having made! The flavors and icing are of course top priority, but it has to look fabulous too!

Are Your Outfitted?

OK girls! Now that the invites are out and the tickets are booked...we must move forward to the important things! What are you wearing?! Above is an image from the line Camilla that we carry at Dressing Room. The collection is full of gorgeous kaftans and dresses that are all original prints embellished with swarovski crystals! We are receiving a shipment next week at the store! Several of us already own pieces from the collection and a few are already spoken for in the new order arriving! Call us at the store if you need a little bling for Mexico!

Last week, I was informed that there were rooms available online for quite a bit less than the "wedding rate" we were given. Mortified by this, I spoke with our wedding planner and rectified this immediately! You will find below the new room rates for the wedding!

Signature Casita $199

Just to let everyone know the Fairmont Room is located in the main building. This building is located closest to the lobby and is only 4 floors. The rooms are the same as the casitas, but a bit smaller. On my visits, I have stayed in a Signature Casita. The casitas are only two floors. One on top of another. Very private.

Registry

We have thus far registerd at Williams-Sonoma. Our registry is public and needs no password to access! This is as far as I have gotten for now! haha! May add Bed Bath and Beyond...but we shall see if I get in the registry mood again anytime soon!
